Return and Exchange Policy:

Our policy lasts 14 days. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date, if 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

To Return a product:

The warranty authorization request is a must.

We will have to provide you with the RMA Number as proof that we are authorizing you to return the item(s) for refunds, exchange, or store credits.

Any returns without proper authorization will be refused or will be returned back to the sender.
